Armada Tuffy is a freestyle snowboard designed for riders who spend most of their time in the park or hitting street features. Developed with input from Mike Liddle, it combines a playful flex with a durable construction built to handle presses, rails, jumps and repeated impacts.
Its symmetrical True Twin shape delivers identical performance whether riding regular or switch, while the Flat-Top Microcamber profile offers a balanced combination of stability, control and forgiveness. With a flex rating of 6/10, the Tuffy provides enough support for jumps and landings while remaining flexible enough for technical jibbing.
The 100% poplar wood core delivers a strong, responsive construction with excellent flexibility. Biax Glass provides forgiving torsional flex, while Armada's Freestyle Carbon Layup adds extra pop without making the board unnecessarily stiff.
Composite Impact Plates reinforce the binding areas for improved durability under heavy impacts. The tough Extruded HDPE Base is easy to maintain and repair, making it particularly suitable for demanding park and street riding.
