We strive to deliver within 2-3 business days.

 

 If you buy for more than Euro 150,- we deliver free of charge.

We do not make reservations for incorrect information. If you discover an error in your entered order, we will ask you to contact us as soon as possible before sending the order.

 

 If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal and exchange)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Weloveskiers.com

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

 

has received your item

gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually

gets the last batch, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts.

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to email: anders@skibutikken.dk. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return. You will find the link with your order confirmation and at the bottom of this document.

 

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

 

Return

 

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

7. If there is something wrong with the item (right of complaint)

 

When you shop at weloveskiers.com, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. How fast should I advertise?

 

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We refund reasonable shipping costs
