The Salomon Husk Prime MIPS is a premium ski helmet for skiers looking for advanced protection, outstanding comfort and efficient ventilation in a clean, minimalist design. Developed for freeride and all-mountain skiing, it combines several of Salomon's most advanced protection technologies in one helmet.
Protection comes from the combination of MIPS®, Smart Safety 360 and EPS4D. MIPS® is designed to reduce rotational forces during angled impacts, while EPS4D maximises energy absorption from both vertical and oblique impacts. Smart Safety 360 combines EPS4D with all-round EPP for additional protection around the entire head.
The BOA® Fit System provides precise, micro-adjustable fit, while MaxFit Construction creates a snug and comfortable feel around the ears. A soft merino wool liner is breathable and naturally helps regulate temperature throughout the ski day.
Dual Active Ventilation allows airflow to be adjusted according to weather and activity level, while Salomon's Airflow Concept maintains consistent air circulation between your head, helmet and goggles. The FIDLOCK® magnetic buckle makes the helmet quick and easy to fasten, even while wearing gloves.
