Helly Hansen Sogn Shell 2.0 is a technical 3-layer men's ski shell jacket designed for demanding skiing, freeride and off-piste adventures. Featuring HELLY TECH® Professional, the jacket scores a maximum 6/6 for waterproofness, breathability and windproofness, providing excellent protection against snow, wind and changing mountain conditions.
The 3-layer construction combines the outer fabric, membrane and protective inner layer into one technical shell. With an insulation rating of just 1/6, Sogn Shell 2.0 is designed to be combined with your preferred base layer and midlayer, allowing you to adjust warmth according to temperature and activity level.
Developed with input from Helly Hansen's professional ski ambassadors, the jacket features articulated sleeves for excellent freedom of movement and elevated hand warmer pockets designed to remain accessible when wearing a backpack. Ventilation zippers with mesh make it easy to release excess heat during demanding ascents and active skiing.
Ski-specific features include RECCO®, LIFE POCKET™, a powder skirt, ski-pass pocket, goggle pocket and an adjustable helmet-compatible hood. Fully sealed seams and a DWR-treated outer fabric complete a highly capable shell for skiers looking for maximum weather protection and the freedom to control insulation through layering.
