The Blizzard Firebird SL FIS is an uncompromising slalom race ski developed for racers and highly experienced skiers looking for maximum precision, edge grip and response in short, aggressive turns.
Built with Blizzard’s FIS Racing Construction, a full woodcore and Full Camber profile, the Firebird SL FIS delivers direct power transmission and plenty of energy out of every turn. With a narrow 66 mm waist and a radius of more than 13 metres in the 165 cm length, it is designed for lightning-fast edge changes and precise slalom turns on hard, prepared pistes.
This is a ski for technically strong skiers who actively drive the ski through the turn. The Firebird SL FIS demands speed, power and precise input, but rewards the skier with exceptional edge hold, stability and a highly direct feel from turn initiation to release.
The ski comes with Blizzard’s World Cup PC Interface 10 mm race plate and is designed to be paired with powerful race bindings.
